    The Problem

The tools are in your stack.
    The results aren't showing up.

Most GTM professionals have access to AI. Most of them are still using it like a search engine.

    01

You're starting from scratch every time.

Every new chat has no memory of your product, your ICP, or your pipeline. You repeat the same context over and over and wonder why the output is generic.

    02

Your AI doesn't know your business.

The model can't personalize your outreach, prep you for your deal, or summarize your pipeline until you teach it. Most people never do. This cohort changes that.

    03

    You can't prove it's working.

No score. No benchmark. No before-and-after. Just a gut feeling that maybe it's helping. SINA gives you a number. Five of them, actually.

    What Is It

    Not a course. A cohort.

The AI-Native GTM Cohort is 6 weeks of applied AI practice with a curated group of GTM peers, built around your real accounts, your real deals, and your real pipeline.

    Applied to real work

Everything you build in this program runs on your actual pipeline.

Labs aren't exercises on fictional accounts. You bring a real prospect. A real open opportunity. Real pipeline. The AI workflow you build in Week 3 is one you use in Week 4.

    Measured, not just claimed

A certificate backed by a score.

You earn a SINA Certified credential, and unlike a generic completion certificate, yours is backed by a measurable before-and-after score across five dimensions. The delta is the deliverable. You leave with proof something changed.

    Curated cohort

    12 GTM professionals. Non-competing companies.

Your cohort is curated. Everyone is doing the same work you are (selling, prospecting, building pipeline) but not competing with you. You share workflows. You see what works for others.

    A community, not just sessions

    The conversation continues between sessions.

Every cohort gets a private community channel for sharing workflows, prompts, and wins between sessions, led by a dedicated community manager. It stays open after graduation.

    How It Works

    Three modalities.
Every week builds on the last.

Two live sessions most weeks, Tuesday and Thursday, running about 60 minutes. The program asks for ~11.5 hours of live sessions across 6 weeks, plus a private community that stays open long after.

    Virtual Microtrainings

    6 Sessions · 60 Min · Tue & Thu 12pm ET

Live, focused skill sessions. Each one introduces a new GTM AI use case (prospecting, outreach, deal prep, proposals, pipeline) with a hands-on prompt exercise you apply immediately.

    Applied Labs + Cohort Showcase

    3 Labs + 1 Showcase · 60–90 Min · 12pm ET

You bring a real account, a real open opportunity, or a real pipeline challenge, and you leave with something you actually use. The program closes with the Cohort Showcase: you present the workflow you're most proud of to the cohort.

    Private Community

Ongoing Access · Recordings & Content

A private community that stays open long after the cohort ends. 3 optional Friday Office Hours built into the program schedule, every session recording, the resource library, and new content as we add it. Your cohort peers and facilitators, on tap.

    Powered by SINA

    Most certificates prove
    you showed up.
    This one proves you improved.

SINA is the assessment platform that measures AI fluency across five behavioral dimensions: not what you watched, but how you actually work. You get a score before the program starts and a score when it ends. The delta is the deliverable.

You graduate SINA Certified, with a LinkedIn-ready badge and credential you can post and add to your profile. It isn't a participation badge. It's backed by a number that shows exactly where you improved and how much.

    Your Credential

    Graduate SINA Certified.
    Then show the world.

Every graduate earns a SINA Certified credential: a formal certificate and a LinkedIn-ready badge you add to your profile under Licenses & Certifications, or post to announce what you built. It isn't a participation badge. It is verifiable and yours to keep.

Buyers and managers see proof, not a promise. Share the badge, link the credential, and let the score do the talking.

    6-Week Curriculum · 11 Live Sessions + 3 Optional Office Hours

    One thread, woven through
    every session.

Seven AI usage patterns are introduced in MT1 and deliberately reinforced every session, not mentioned once and forgotten. The Human Centric Selling thread runs alongside as the north star. Responsible AI use runs through all of it: AI that amplifies the human side of selling, never replaces it.

    Taylor Leë Andorfer
    Taylor Leë Andorfer
    Community Lead, Clustr

Taylor owns the cohort community. Between sessions she keeps the channel active, surfaces the best workflows and prompts from the group, and coaches the behavioral side of adoption: the small, intentional habits that make new AI skills stick after the program ends.

    Questions

    Everything you're probably
    already wondering.

Bring whatever you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or anything else. The curriculum is tool-agnostic. We teach the underlying patterns, not a specific interface. If you're on Microsoft 365, we'll show you what Copilot can do that standalone tools genuinely can't. You'll leave knowing how to apply these skills in your actual stack.
